EverGlow Favors

At EverGlow Favors, each item is handcrafted and thoughtfully prepared for your special celebration. Because many of our products are made-to-order and personalized, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

Custom & Personalized Orders

All customized or personalized items (including names, dates, colors, scents, tags, and packaging) are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Please double-check all spelling, dates, quantities, and shipping details before placing your order.

Non-Custom Items

Non-personalized items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for either:

  • A refund to the original payment method, or

  • Store credit, if preferred

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The item must not be damaged

Important:

Customers must contact us first at EverGlowFavors@gmail.com to request return authorization before sending any item back.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Bulk Orders

Orders of 25+ pieces or orders over $75 are considered bulk production and are non-refundable once production has begun.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production may have started, and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
