Shipping

All orders are processed within 5–10 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description. Custom and bulk orders may require additional production time.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS, depending on package size and destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. Once an order leaves our studio, delivery timing is outside of our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. EverGlow Favors is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
