By accessing this website and/or purchasing from EverGlow Favors, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Products & Custom Orders

All items are handcrafted and may have slight variations in color, scent, or finish.

Personalized and custom items (including names, dates, scents, colors, labels, and packaging) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once production begins.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review all customization details before placing an order.

2. Event Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ordering early enough to ensure delivery before their event date.

EverGlow Favors is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

We recommend placing bulk or event orders at least 3-4 weeks before your event date.

3. Heat & Melting Disclaimer

Our candles and certain products are sensitive to heat.

EverGlow Favors is not responsible for melting or heat-related damage once an order has been delivered.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and bringing packages indoors promptly upon delivery.

We are not liable for heat exposure occurring during shipping, delivery, or after receipt.

4. Candle & Product Safety

Candles must never be left unattended while burning.
Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials.

Soaps, scrubs, and body products may contain fragrance oils or natural ingredients. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and performing a patch test before use.

EverGlow Favors is not liable for allergic reactions, misuse, or improper handling of products.

5. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale or bulk production orders are subject to separate pricing and terms.

All wholesale orders are final sale and non-refundable once production begins.

Resale of EverGlow Favors products must not misrepresent our brand, ingredients, or origin.

We reserve the right to refuse wholesale partnerships at our discretion.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price.

7. Order Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or inappropriate conduct.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, product names, designs, images, and branding, is the property of EverGlow Favors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in New Jersey.

10. Limitation of Liability

EverGlow Favors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

11. Media & User-Generated Content

By tagging EverGlow Favors on social media, submitting photos, leaving reviews, or sending us images of your order, you grant EverGlow Favors permission to repost, share, and use that content for marketing, promotional, and website purposes.

This may include use on:

Our website
Social media platforms (including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest)
Advertising materials
Email marketing

We will never claim ownership of your personal images, but by sharing or tagging us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use the content for business promotion.

If you prefer that we do not repost your content, please contact us in writing.

12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order with EverGlow Favors, you agree to contact us directly at EverGlowFavors@gmail.com to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider.

Filing a false chargeback for a valid order, custom product, or delivered item is considered fraudulent activity.

In the event of a chargeback, EverGlow Favors reserves the right to:

Provide proof of delivery, customization approval, and communication records to the payment processor
Dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation
Refuse future service to customers who file unwarranted disputes

We maintain detailed records of all orders, shipping confirmations, and customer communications to protect against fraudulent claims.
